Yes, it is I…the Maitre De here to shed his thoughts on restaurant reviews, recipes, and culinary views!
I also plan on posting some items about the industry that I love and which put me through college: the restaurant business! I always said that if I could make the same money in IT that I could in the restaurant biz (and not have to work around mealtimes), that I would…but alas, its not to be.
So instead I will entertain you here, along with the GeekTukka as we take you on a roller coaster ride through the gastronomical blogosphere!
